About the Role: As a Diploma-qualified educator, you will: Implement and support a holistic curriculum based on children's interests and developmental stages Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for children and families Build strong, reciprocal relationships with children of mixed ages Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Collaborate with a team to deliver meaningful learning experiences guided by the EYLF and NQF frameworks ✅ You Will Bring: A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) Current First Aid Certificate , including CPR, Anaphylaxis , and Asthma Management (as per ACECQA requirements) Current Child Protection Training Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal Positive energy and a proactive, team-oriented approach Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively A high level of critical reflection and continuous improvement in practice A sense of humour , a love for working with children, and confidence in your role within the early childhood sector Why Join Us?
